Cannot access Ultimate Team

For the past three days I have been trying to open and access ultimate team. 

The problem I was having before was that my final round of gauntlet was not counting after quitting my game and even playing it out fully it would quit me to the main menu so I tried closing the application to see if that would fix it but now it won’t let me access ultimate team.

I have spoken to countless EA employees about this and they have not been able to give me a fix for this. 

the last person I spoke to said that if enough people complain about this issue then they will see if they can fix it. So I’m guessing if not a lot of people complain we will never be able to access ultimate team again. 

please fix this EA.
