Cannot connect to EA

I cannot sign into ultimate team due to a fault which says EA servers down. I have restarted my router twice and removed plugs from router and xbox. I have cleared my cache and restarted my console but haven't been able to connect. I have managed one game on fc champions and recieved a DNF which I'm upset about. What's going on EA? Thanks
