I didn't get to choose between the player or the packs on level 40

Question

When reaching level 40 I claim my rewards because I wanted the Tomori card to put into my team. Upon claiming the rewards I didn't get to choose between either of the 2 players or packs, it just gave me the packs. I haven't opened either of them as I hope someone can help me out or reverse it please as I wanted the Tomori card and not the pack, the Rodgers card I couldn't care about and don't mind getting the pack but its still annoying it bugged.

I just had the same issue.&nbsp; No option and I opened the packs thinking I would get the players Tomori and Rogers AND the packs.&nbsp; Only to find the players nowhere in my club.&nbsp; After grinding and completing the whole season its very deflating not to get the two england players I was anticipating.&nbsp; Can I undo this somehow?&nbsp;&nbsp;
