Cannot Connect to EAFC 26 Ultiamte team Servers

Question

Platform PC - Username: Bejeweled0 - Issue occured 11:59pm GMT+8 19/10/25

My EA account got locked on October 17th. On October 20th, I verified my account ownership with EA Help, and the ban was lifted, but I still can't get into Ultimate Team.

Everytime I boot up FC26 and log in, I get the prompt "Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible
at the moment.You will now be returned to the Main Menu."

I've uninstalled and re-installed the app and game.

I've reset my router multiple times as well as restarted PC.

Was my Ultimate Team deleted? Please help me get back into the game.
