Cannot enter Ultimate Team on PC after Alt F4 during Ultimate Gauntlet match.

Hello, I cannot access Ultimate Team on PC in EA Sports FC 26. A few days ago I was playing Ultimate Gauntlet and after matches the game kept kicking me out of Ultimate Team. During one match I closed the game with Alt F4. Since then when I try to enter Ultimate Team it loads for a few seconds and then says connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible and returns me to the main menu. I can still log into Ultimate Team from the Companion or Web App on my phone. I have already tried restarting the game and PC, repairing the game, reinstalling the game, clearing EA App cache and logging out and back into EA App but nothing fixed it. It seems like my account might be stuck in an Ultimate Team match session on PC. Thank you.
