cant access the transfer market on the web app

ello, I’m posting my case because I don’t know what else to do regarding the Transfer Market being locked on the Web App / Companion App in EA Sports FC 26.

I started Ultimate Team from scratch with a new club after linking my PlayStation Network account to a different EA account (an old one I had, since I can no longer use my previous EA account). Since then, I’ve been playing normally.

I have completed absolutely all the requirements that are usually needed to unlock the Transfer Market:

- More than 115 matches played in Ultimate Team

- More than 6 active days (the game even rewarded me with XP for this)

- Transfer Market fully unlocked and working in-game on PS5 (I can buy, sell, bid, relist, etc.)

- I have played all Ultimate Team modes:

- Division Rivals (currently Division 4)

- Squad Battles

- FUT Champions (in previous weeks)

- Draft (played recently)

- Friendlies (Ultimate Team)

- I have also played Rush

- I have completed basic objectives, SBCs, opened packs, and actively managed my club

Despite all of this, the Transfer Market on the Web App and Companion App is still locked with the message that I do not yet have access.

I have contacted EA Support multiple times, but I keep receiving the same response: to keep playing and that access is granted automatically. However, I have already done everything they suggest.

It has now been several days (well beyond 72 hours since the market was unlocked in-game), and nothing has changed.

From what I’ve researched, this might be related to switching the EA account linked to my PSN, and that the system may not have correctly applied Web App access.

My questions are:

Has anyone experienced this and managed to fix it?

Is there any real way to trigger the unlock, or is it just a matter of waiting?

Could this be a validation bug on EA’s side?

Any help or similar experiences would be greatly appreciated.
