Cant access Ultimate Team for the 3rd day in a row

I was playing Ultimate Gaunlter 12 and it didnt matter if my opponent quit or I quit I would always be kicked out of Ultimate Team.I presses ALT+F4 in one game 3 days ago and since then I have been getting this message and cant log in from my PC.I have tried EVERYTHING and I mean everything I searched in reddit,youtube,twitter you name it.Speaking with EA directly is impossible as I am speaking with an AI in their Help Page that refuses to connect me to real agent.

All you have to do is go to the web/companion app and delete ALL your squads,create a new squad and leave it empty.Wait 1-2 minutes and try again from your console/pc.

I also had that but then I pressed Alt+f4 during a gaunlet game and ever since I cant log in Ultimate team

I have a similar issue but for me it kicks me only from the gauntlet and I searched everything. I dont know what to do.
