Cant access Web App with new account

Ok, so full disclosure, I got hacked and was banned fron the transfer market. I tried appealing but I cannot even create a case to save my life. So i decided, forget it, Ill just use my other EA account, I unlinked my old banned EA account from my xbox account and linked my other EA account. I got to play on xbox for a bit before i called it a night.

However I cannot log in to the web and companion app. After hours of trying i still cant. Is there a workaround for this?
