Can't complete objective for Transfer Market

So I was doing the objectives to unlock transfer market (I was an only career manager player) and I'm stuck on the introduction to evo. I was mindlessly doing SBCs and deleted the Evo from the card I was transferring and now the objective is locked and I can't unlock the transfer market.
