Can't connect for 3 days

Day 3 of struggling to connect to the ultimate team server. Occasionally I will connect but can't access the fc season, which I get a message saying "the season pass service is currently unavailable and you will not be able to earn progression towards your season pass"

I'm paying extra for a season pass I can't use.

Should I request a refund?
