Subject: Unable to Access Ultimate Team in FC 25 and FC 26

Hello EA Support,

I have been unable to access Ultimate Team in both EA SPORTS FC 25 and EA SPORTS FC 26.

Every time I select Ultimate Team, I receive the message:

“Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment. You will now be returned to the Main Menu.”

Other parts of the game load normally, but Ultimate Team does not.

I have already:

• Reinstalled the game.
• Verified the game files.
• Restarted my PC.
• Tried both FC 25 and FC 26 with the same result.

Since the same issue occurs across two different games, could you please investigate whether there is an issue with my EA account, Ultimate Team profile, or the backend services linked to my account?
