I can't connect to the servers

I can't play every time I enter through the devision or the heroes, he writes to me that I can't connect to the servers and takes me out and I can't play,  Also, my balance in objective and my points do not appear either.  what's the problem!???

    It’s been a eeek for me now that the ea severs don’t let me play and  if it does it kicks me out in the middle of the game … good luck getting help they Hefner helped me once and I’ve been asking for assistance for a week now.
