Champion mode does not allow player substitutions. When I was leading by two goals, my center-back received a red card, and I was unable to access the team management page. As a result, I had to play with only three defenders and conceded two equalizing goals. Will EA provide compensation for this? It's surprising that such an issue still exists in 2026.
