Missing Evolved Player Replaced by Trial Player

The issue is that my evolved player has disappeared and has been replaced by a trial player, as shown in the attached image.

I did not use the player in any SBC (Squad Building Challenges), and I am certain of that. The time between when I used the player and when I discovered the issue does not exceed 6 hours.

No one else has used the device except me, and I am the sole user.
