Champions game victory doesnt count

i prefer to thinking thats a bug, pls slove it and give me victory back.if thats gamecheating pls stop this

when i wake up i start play my champions game,and i lost first two matchup face to two very strong player but thats not the importante part of that case.in the third game i finally win by 4-3 in extratime but the win doesnt count in the end,the game shows that my current score is 0win-3lost. i gonna show some pictrue shoot by my phone and pls slove this problem as soon as possible,give back my victory.im so pissed that i wont starting any new games until i get a response or any resolution of this situation.
