champions qual. points missing

Dear EA....

I have ended in div 4 last week with 24/24 points.

I got my rewards yesterday and everything was rolling great.

I have logged in my ps4 so to play champions.

Guess what??? 

I have 0/1000 champions qualifications points so I cannot play.

What the hell is going on??????
