Playstation Ban and My EA Account

Unfortunately an EA account can only ever be linked to one of a specific account type in its lifetime, so you won't be able to link a new PlayStation account. My right to appeal has been taken away. When I log into my account, I can't initiate any appeal process. I emailed PlayStation but received no reply, I called them but received no response. There's no solution, all my hard work has gone to waste. Although it's very difficult for me, I'm going to stop playing FIFA. Losing all this effort makes a fresh start impossible.But I don't think it's right to treat customers this unfairly. There are tons of people using cheating devices, and those who annoy us with those cheats continue playing without getting banned, but we, who have dedicated years to this game and haven't done anything illegal, are being banned. This is really unfair.

I saw a device on internet, unfortunately it's a cheat controller. Apparently, all your shots become goals. In my matches, my goalkeeper's save count is always zero. Not one or two, but zero. Because they're using this device. PSN banned me for messaging these cheaters. Cheaters are protected on these platforms. The cheaters didn't get punished, but my account, which I worked so hard on, was banned, and I've completely quit the game. All my hard work is wasted; cheaters never get punished, but they can throw away all your efforts for a message that doesn't contain any profanity. Why do these platforms do this to their customers? I can't contact them in any way. What is this if not bullying? I don't even have the right to appeal. Even executed people are given the right to defend themselves; they've established such a dictatorship that they're even taking away our right to appeal. Imagine, my hard work is stolen, and I'm not even allowed to appeal. EA officials have lost another customer because of PSN.I've been trying to contact PSN officials for two weeks now and haven't received any response. This isn't normal, folks. While cheaters are so protected, the fact that our accounts, as regular customers who pay regularly, are banned without any warning and our right to appeal is something you might only see in North Korea. I urge EA officials to do something about this injustice. Your customer has been kicked out of the game, their right to appeal has been taken away, and they can no longer play this game.
