Compensation for servers causing no objective progress meaning no rewards

I have raised the complaint with EA but doubt I will get the right outcome. Spoke to two EA chat employees who were helpful but didn’t correct the game and made it very apparent the servers were the issue. The game would not let me win as it would cause the servers to kick me out after every win resulting in me being unable to get the full rewards for the fut fantasy league meaning after winning 20 games and losing 2 my record was 17-5. Hopefully EA see this and can compensate my account for their servers not working.
