Concern About Unbalanced Drop Rates in FC 26 – Request for Review of My Account

I’m writing to express my frustration with the extremely low drop rates I’ve experienced recently while opening packs in ​FIFA 26 (FC 26)​. My EA account ID is ​siyzhou0402, and I’ve been actively playing and investing time/money into the game, but the results have been disappointingly inconsistent.

Over the past 2 month, I’ve opened 500+ packs​, yet I’ve received ​almost no high-value or rare items . Meanwhile, I’ve seen other players getting multiple high-tier pulls in just a few packs. This stark contrast makes me question whether the drop rate system is truly fair or if there’s an imbalance affecting certain accounts.

While I understand that packs are designed to be random, the ​current imbalance feels excessively skewed, especially when considering the time and money spent. I’m not asking for special treatment, but I’d appreciate it if the EA team could:

​Review my account’s recent pack-opening history​ (siyzhou0402) to check for any anomalies.

​Consider adjusting my drop rates​ (if possible) to bring them more in line with the expected averages.

​Reassure the community​ that the system is being monitored for fairness, as this issue is driving many players away.
