whenever i try and load up ultimate team it says "connecting to ultimate team is not possible at the moment. you will now be returned to the main menu", why is this, it not my wifi, its not becuase im banned, its not the servers.

Hi there. Try deleting your squads. Not the players, just the squads and then try again. Thanks!
