Connection Penalty?

Hello, so I am trying to reach out to EA support but can't seem to find a proper contact for them, email or phone. I am basically earning nothing now from ultimate team games because the game keeps crashing and kicking me out due to connection issue apperantly. It gives me a message saying that I can reach out and have it rectified but I'm not sure how to do that. Anyone can help? Also my game is just a little laggy, and always delayed, is that normal or steam PC?
