Constant disconnections in FUT Rivals & Champions — PC players in Algeria
I'm opening this thread because the disconnection issue in FC 26 Ultimate Team has become unplayable, and before anyone replies with the standard troubleshooting checklist — it doesn't apply here.
My setup:
- Platform: PC
- Location: Algiers, Algeria
- Connection: 1.5 Gbps down / 700 Mbps up, fiber
- Wired Ethernet (not Wi-Fi)
- No NAT issues, ports configured, firewall checked
The problem:
Every single match in Division Rivals and FUT Champions disconnects at some point — sometimes mid-match, sometimes right before the final whistle. I get sent to the main menu.
This is not isolated to PC or to my connection:
- Friends on PS5 and Xbox in Algeria report the exact same issue
- Multiple players in the region are affected
- The pattern strongly suggests a routing or server-side problem for North African players, not a client-side fix any of us can apply.
What I'm asking:
1. Can EA confirm whether there is a known routing/server issue affecting players connecting from Algeria (and potentially the wider MENA region)?
2. Which data center are Algerian players being routed to, and is there a way to check or change it?
