Controller not working on online games

Hey, I bought the early access of FC26 for PC and uppon playing online matches my controller wouldnt work. I have a PS4 Controller and it works perfectly in every situation, on the menus and on offline modes against AI. Now, when i play online it switches to the keyboard and it completely stops working. I have tried multiple times and had to leave 4 or 5 games by now. I was warned i cant keep leaving games and I have now been decreased on the amount of coins I win per game just because of this issue. Is there some fix I can try? Will it be patched? I just cant compreend because this issue completely defeated my purpose of buying the early access. I have to request a fix and some sort of compensation for this!
