Missing icon pack
I haven't received my bonus icon pack on FC 26 yet (I have pre-ordered ultimate edition before August 26th). Why haven't I received it yet?

There was a message in the game to restart the game or exit UT and enter again. Tried both, till now nothing.
I bought it on 17th August and did not receive anyting, no points, season pass or icon 😐i also did not recieve the icon pack. I thought i was the only one. Everyone got an icon and its bugged. This is frustrating.
Me too.. I have not gotten an icon pack. And why am I getting only 2000fc.. Isn't it supposed to be 3000fc this month and the other half next month

Same here, preordered but only got 2,000 FC points. No icon pack and no season pass. This is ridiculous.
Hi, I bought in on steam, you must click on steam library "Redeem Ultimate Edition Content"! Did not knew this, maybe it helps you.
