Decision is yours player pick packet

I' m not sure if the packet's name is true since I'm playing the game with different language. Anyway, market show that this package includes players and 4 rare items so i thout that it gives 4 86x or higher player pick. However, it was only containing 1 but package's inclusion indicated 4. Normally it needed to show 1 rare item in inclusion part. This is a mistake and i want refund of my coins. It is not mine mistake. I was misguided.
