Did not receive Kai Havertz from the pass

Hello,

I am writing this to find help and maybe fix the problem. Today I grinded UT for like 6 hours to finish the pass and finally did it.

I purchased the premium pass with points and after claming all the rewards, I can not claim Kai Havertz from the premium pass for some reason. It only says negative XP and nothing else. 

I tried to restart the game, claim it through the app, but I have locked FC Hub there for some reason, and also tried uninstall and install back the files. 

Playing on PC. Please if there is someone who had simular issues can you help?
