Didn’t receive FC Points

Hello,

A few days ago, I purchased EA Sports FC 26 Ultimate Edition from the PlayStation Store using the mobile app.

According to the game description, this edition includes 6,000 FC Points, but I haven’t received them yet in-game.

I’ve already downloaded and installed the game, and I’m playing using the same PSN and EA account that I made the purchase with.

Could you please check if my purchase was correctly registered as the Ultimate Edition and confirm why the FC Points haven’t been credited yet?

    Thank youEA_Pythia​ , what happens if this is after the season ends? Seems a bit wrong if we miss out on all the season rewards even though we have purchased this, what can be done about this? Thank you

    EA_Pythia​ Hi, There is only a few days left, please advise what will happen to all of the premium season rewards that we would spend the points on if we can not get any of them anymore?

    I also did not receive my 5000 points and the packs from when I bought the game
