Didn’t receive my coins for 3 sales

What's going on with this game? I sold 3 players because I needed the coin to buy another player, and I simply haven't received any of the coins. One of them was sold 3 days ago, and still haven't received the coins. I have tried to reset my game, everything, nothing yet. This is ridiculous.
