Didn't get my 20k reward coins for fut champions

Anyone else had this i finished fut champions with 9 wins. I got the packs but never recieved the coin reward of 20k coins.

Spoken to an ea advisor and told they won't give me the coins cos it shows that i claimed the champions rewards.

Basically been robbed of coins.

    I also received only the packs, the coins weren't added to my balance. I hope they fix it soon

    please go through and report the issue so they can see it wasn't just me. EA advisor wouldn't have it that i didn't receive the coins as on their system it said the rewards had been claimed.
