My account was hacked no, investigations done then they banned my account

The thing is my account was hacked and I have no idea how. I would like to escalate this to someone who can actually do something about this please. My IP address is in Singapore but I’ve been receiving emails with my email address from Hong Kong, is this the kind of “professional” investigation EA provides for loyal fans? Telling me that my account has been banned through no fault of my own is NOT a solution. Also the game keeps glitching and even though I’m leading the score when it comes back it reflects as a loss for me. I want an explanation for this because this is ridiculously frustration having to deal with other gamers who are cheating and I have to pay the price.

    I’ve tried countless time to convince you guys that I’ve not flout any rules and I spent so much time and effort and money to build my squad. This is completely unacceptable. I don’t want a voucher, I want a full refund. Even when I’m leading and the game disconnects the scoreline reads as my opponent winning 3 - 0.

    I was busy with work and couldn’t reply in time. This is not an indication of a solution.

    I do see a previous thread was locked, but I've moved all three of your more recent posts to the same place in this thread.

    While I understand you disagree with the outcome of your appeal, we cannot change this or provide any details on the account or ban via the forums, sorry. You're absolutely welcome to create a new appeal to have a different member of the Terms of Service team review the situation again. We are not able to investigate or escalate this from the forums, however.

    Had that this year the hacker stole all my coins and sold all my good can be sell. EA give me a warning and give me on this warning “next time you try trade coins your account it’s going to be ban”. In the end some one stole me and I im the problem 🤡 . Just another day when EA GIVE TO US HOW WE ARE STUPID TO STILL SUPPORT THIS GAME
