Didn't get my Playstation Tournament Prize money

Hi, recently I played the PlayStation tournament in which I won all the matches and I played all the matches till the final. In the final match I waited in the lobby for 5 mins as it's mandatory In every match. After waiting for 5 mins the match got cancelled as the opponent didn't come. As a result I should have won the tournament and the prize money of 500 fifa points but instead I was placed as the loser.  Previously also I have reported such instances where even if I waited I was shown as the loser. I want the prize money that I deserved and that I won . Please check my account and tell me how can I get the prize money.
