didn't receive pack

I've completed the PL TOTS player SBC, but I didn't receive the pack.

    Sorry to hear you didn't receive a pack from an SBC. There shouldn't be any issues with his SBC in particular.

    Do you have many packs left to be opened by any chance ? If it's the case, this would explain why it's not visible as there is a display limit in game. The pack isn't lost. You just need to open some packs first.

    Sometimes, restarting Ultimate Team does the trick as well.
