Missing last installment of fifa points but cant help me

I received the first 2 installment from buying the ultimate edition but not the last installment so been on chat to ea for over an hour and half to then be told he cant help like seriously we buy the ultimate edition for a purpose then to not receive a product you pay for is totally unacceptable and wont even rectify the issue
