Disconnect Issue

Question

Hello EA Support Team,&nbsp;I was playing an Online Draft match in FC26 today. I was leading 5–1 in the first match, and around the 80th–90th minute, I got disconnected from the game unexpectedly. My internet connection was stable, and I didn’t quit the match.&nbsp;Unfortunately, when I got back, the match was counted as a loss, even though I was winning by a large margin. This feels unfair because I was clearly about to win the game.&nbsp;Could you please check the match details on my account and fix the result or refund the draft entry for me?&nbsp;Thank you for your help.

Unfortunately, ea is awful and refuses to acknowledge other people exploiting the game and making you lose. In their eyes- you should be rewarded for cheating, a common theme over the last 10 titles, especially since the common 2016 fut draft never lose by force disconnection glitch.

the only option I’ve been given is to use the fut draft tool which still says that I left, and nothing is compensated.
