No ‘Rewards’ tab on Evolutions

Had this problem since the start of the game and can’t unlock the transfer market. I have completed everything on the venturing out objective except ‘Complete intro to rewards ego’. I go to evolutions and there is no rewards tab, and I also don’t have the ‘Intro to evolutions’ evo in the Evolutions tab.
