Community ManagerHi there. Unfortunately, we're not able to modify records so the losses will need to remain. If you are still disconnecting frequently, try the connection troubleshooting steps here. We're not aware of any issues currently that would cause you to disconnect. Let me know if those steps help or not. Thanks!
