Problem with transfer market

I accidentally cancelled the player's evolution, which needs to be completed to unlock the transfer market. This development has closed and now I can't unlock the transfer market

    Hey Jinnju785​ are you able to evolve another player in place of the one you cancelled?

    What exactly happened when the issue arose?

    I can't evolve another player because this evolution is no longer there. My transfer market is still closed, and the task has not been completed
