Div 5 and cannot win a single live game

I m a casual player and I currently rank in Div 5 and I normally get 6-8 wins in WL. I cannot win a single live game for ages, I believe my live game win-loss is roughly 1-9, at best 2-8. I'm confused about how am I getting super good opponent all the time.  I know I am not supposed to win all the time since I know well about my skill rank. But don't I deserve to be matched with equal opponent instead of those who are clearly better? OR maybe players worse than me have abandoned this game already? It feels like I am wasting my time helping the community to complete objectives lol. 

In other online games such as League of Legend, there are so many gold-ranked players but I just feel like this game have only Diamond and above and rookies who tried and get smashed and quited. 

p.s. After the new patch, players with 99 short pass now passing to completely unwanted directions. Also the L1 player switch has serious lag and are more likely to switch to an unwanted player than before. (since most guys are playing tiki-taka like prim Barca now, I am not always able to react to do R-stick switch)
