Div rivals disconnection

I’ve already done this this is my second time having to do this anyway I played arrivals game that I won. I was then disconnected shortly after the game had finished and I wasn’t allowed to run to ultimate team up multiple attempts. It said that the experiencing “server traffic” so I closed the game then I opened it again after a couple of hours to which it says that I’ve disconnected from my last game and I’ve lost my division rivals multiplier and I’ve been given an unjust loss on my records so I should be in division four I’m now still division five and with no multiplier I’d like this to be resolved otherwise I’ll be forced to leave a nasty review of the game as well as requesting a refund.
