Fix squad battles….its a joke

RIP squad battles. 0 consistency. I can compete against a 74-rated/12-chemistry legendary squad, but then struggle against a 87-rated/23-chemistry professional squad.

The step up from professional to world class, my preferred difficulty, is ridiculous. On the other hand, I can barely feel a difference between world class and legendary. Professional feels too easy at times, but it's the fluke goals that kill me. Or how the CPU always seems to score immediately after I do.

I think the worst part is the team intelligence. When playing on lower difficulty, your teammates actually help out a lot. Attackers intelligent runs and defenders seem to position themselves. When moving up in difficulty, it feels like their stats have been downgraded and I have to control every player's movement, while avoiding tackles.

Yep, It's completely broken but nobody from EA will acknowledge it.

Plus I've faced the exact same squads multiple times, clearly not copies of other peoples teams, which I thought it was meant to be, but some weird out of position squad that play like the best in the game.

I also saw an EA rep on here reply for the second time with "Watch some pros to get tips". I challenged him on this and he blanked me.

Watch some pros? That absurd. The overwhelming majority of players are casual. We're playing a soccer game; you put the ball in the net. It shouldn't feel like NASA rocket builder simulator.

I've tried watching some of the tutorials on YouTube. Ridiculous that you have to press 3 buttons simultaneously to perform some unrealistic 18-yard rabona, finesse shot. Who asked for this?

Certainly the average player of this game never asked for this abomination.

His other frankly brainless comments were "Sometimes worse teams beat better ones" and that, get this... "FC is a game of skill"... 😆😆😆

I'll just leave it at that, I couldn't possibly come up with something funnier than that last statement of his even if I were a top level comedian.

They're only saying "watch some pros" in a desperate attempt to get people to watch the twitch streams which nobody watches unless they a bribed to

There is no such thing as a "pro", they are simply gamers who are paid advertisers for EA, that's it.

This is why EA allows them to brake rules by selling coins and even selling their services to normal people, because they don't want to lose their online prostitutes.

The game is broken, but hey, watch this "pro" so you can find the cheapest, most unfun way of winning, because that's easier for us then to actually fix the game and make it FUN

Watch some pros and learn how to cheese the game

Sure you won't have any FUN playing, but you'll win, and that will save us from having to make the game enjoyable 

Like your last point, I think It's either beyond their capabilities to fix this mess now or we end up with a massive but too late to save the game update again like last year.
