Division Rivals Match Results Not Counted

Hello,

I played 2 Division Rivals matches and won both of them. However, after each match ended, the game froze on the post-match screen. Because it was stuck, I had to close and restart the game.

After logging back in, I noticed that my wins were not counted and my ranking/progress was negatively affected as if I lost or did not complete the matches.

This is unfair because I completed and won both matches.

Could you please check my match history and correct my Division Rivals progress?
