Do EA even acknowledge?

It's about coming to an end. I have played FIFA since 1993 - yup from first edition and not missed a single year. FC 26 was dropped - until EA released their campaign "we hear you" "for the Fans" etc etc. I actually thought they had done something with the slow faulty gameplay, when casual and competitive gamemodes were introduced, so I ordered once again.

But it has done 0 difference..

Do EA even acknowledge this problem? You see, I have a 1000/1000 bit fiber line and can stream several 4k streams to my kids rooms and still get at good decent online game, just not in this game. Even at nighttime, when everybody is offline and I have all internet capability to my self it still sucks and lately I even got "unstable connection" 60/70% of all my games, and this is still with ping of 6-8-10

 - that is with rocksolid 1000/1000 fiberline Asus RX88 pro, ps5 pro an old monitor. Should be sufficient - and is in any other regards.

 I know ea says check your network an all kinds of thing - not taking any responsibility towards this and points their fingers you and me the consumer.

When laggy and slow gameplay, my Cruyff, Di Natale etc is heavy as f.... and balls bounces of everyone. My keepers fly in slow in the air, with a max save percent of 20% - at max.

My shooting accuracy is somewhere between 20-30%. With good gameplay, my players actually controls the ball, a tackle input is registered, the keeper saves some balls AND my passing and shooting is above 90% accuracy.

Ethics and morals is low here - EA are willing to make a gamemode that is (for many parts) a goldmachine, but doesn't care/manage to supply a decent platform to play in. Do EA even care?

What do you other guys do here? Adapt? My gameplay is effected in a way that im stuck in div 5-6 with bad gameplay and with good im div 1-2, its that massive a difference.

Anyone got some hot fix to compensate just a bit? I don't play crossplay and plays against opponent near me, and can't see what more I can do

    I'm in elite div since FIFA 23 but this year just div 5 man. **bleep** awesome game. FPS bugs, input delays, and an unplayable game. Moreover, EA's servers are garbage too many unexpected pings and drops completely ruin my gameplay. The date is already February 10 still no one has taken actions

    its desync hack even advertised on youtube and has websites selling it, for freaking $15 they make you the desync(lag, dc as well) and take the win.

    It’s a terrible game I’ve played since 01 and never got angry at a football game before but this is a first. I’ve had frustrations before but this is just embarrassing to play. Just played a game today and my keeper just dived over the ball. It’s shody I’m just glad i have social clubs to play because otherwise it would be a huge waste of money.  Would love to more what they were listening to because this gameplay seems to be universally hated. 

    let’s be honest it’s probably EA being inept

    I play I. Two locations, on my ps5. One place is 0-10 ping also on fibre to the door, hardwired connection, playing on a lg gaming 120fps tv, and the game feels laggy, at times, heavy at times etc. and finding constant hackers

    the second place I play is on a ps5 hooked up to an AOC monitor with 2.1 hdmi 1440p 120fps. I use a tp-link to make it hardwired and play on 20fps. Still just as bad with much the same issues

    yet on say Fortnite arc raiders and watching 4k content, it’s near perfect. It’s only FC26 where the problem lies. When I’m at home I done the diagnostic test on EA to check my connection and it was a single point off the max, it’s the servers which are at fault, and I’m pretty sure it’s because I refuse to pay out for anything, including the game, as I game share it

    EA are just a joke, but I do find it plays well after you get the latest shiny meta card, for about 2 weeks, I assume the game is set up for you to think that the cards are being out played so you spend stupid money on the new stuff

    indeed, checking the forum, they doing perma ban for kids flipping the cards, and 2 weeks ban for destroying the game with cheats, and ofc  they keeping the rewards, it seems like they gonna start hardware bans which is also ridiculous, only instant perma bans will resolve the issue, if they would like to buy the game again, welcome, but if they cheat again should go away as a wind, otherwise it will go half year from ban wave to ban wave and the game will remain barely playable.
