Problem connecting to ultimate team
I am contacting you regarding an issue I have been experiencing in Ultimate Team mode. Since yesterday, I have been unable to access Ultimate Team, and I receive the following message:
“Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment. You will now be returned to the Main Menu.”
This issue only happens in Ultimate Team. Other game modes are working normally. I also noticed that when I used another account on the same console, matches were counted without any problem.
Because of this, I believe my account may have been temporarily restricted or soft banned, possibly due to playing too many matches in a short time.
I would appreciate it if you could:
- Check my account status
- Confirm if there is any restriction or ban
- Help me restore access to Ultimate Team as soon as possible
