Do you get Pre-order benefits with EA Play Pro ?

Hi 

Do you get et Pre-order benefits with EA Play Pro ?

I have EA Play pro and got an Icon pack 
However the store state the EA Play pro gets you an debut Icon pack 
and Preorder also gives another Icon pack

So assuming this I should get 2 Icon debut packs, which what happened with alot of PC players. 
I only got one, but I assume EA Play does not get pre order benefits? can someone confirm this ?
