Does the TOS team exist?
I am starting to doubt there is a way to contact humans in the TOS team.
Appeals and reappeals keep triggering the same seemingly automated email template, stating they did a new review and concluded they were right all along. If anyone knows, please tell me how to get an actual response from a human in the TOS team.
For my case, I have been wrongly accused of coin distribution (buying, selling, transferring, who knows, they won't even tell me that). I would like specific accusations, what does the system actually think I've done?
I would like someone to acknowledge the system made an error, own up to this and make adjustments to avoid random coin wipes in the future.
I would like a refund of my FC points purchases for FC26, as EA's flawed systems have reduced their worth by wiping coins away, seemingly at random.
How do I get a response from an actual human for these three requests? Please advise me if you can.
