I have lost two drafts in a row due to this bug? how on earth do i get refunded from this insane bug

How come they don’t fix any of this stuff? I got screwed by squad battles the other day. Then today I couldn’t complete my EVO in time because it couldn’t match or some other disconnection. Now I keep getting a message playing Rush that it doesn’t count towards my objectives.
