Draft kick?!

Hello EA,

I am beyond frustrated. Out of my last 8 Drafts, I lost only 1 match fairly. The other 6 losses were caused by opponents abusing the Draft glitch that instantly disconnects me and gives them the win. My record is now 24–7, but 6 of those losses should never have happened.

This happens almost every time at kickoff: I take the ball, my opponent doesn’t move (because they’re busy triggering the glitch, pulling their cable, or doing something else), and before I can even attack, I get kicked and handed a loss. It happens a lot in finals, but lately I encounter it even earlier – just five minutes ago in the third match.

I have spent 3 entries with 15k coins and 3 entries with FIFA Points (900 points + 45k coins total). All wasted because of this glitch. This only happens in Draft, never in Rivals or other modes.

I’m not saying I would have guaranteed those wins, but I was guaranteed losses because of this exploit, and that is unacceptable. I expect proper compensation for the entries I lost, at the very least the 900 FIFA Points and 45k coins back.

Please fix this issue immediately – it ruins the game and kills all motivation to keep playing.
