Ea ban

Hi everyone,

I was falsely banned a while ago for a coin-related issue, even though I did absolutely nothing wrong. To make things weirder, my friend also got a warning at the exact same time and he didn't do anything either.

I immediately submitted an official appeal. For a long time, the ticket status was stuck on "Waiting for Translation." The case date finally updated to May 19, which means an agent opened the file, but I still haven't received a final decision email (and I've checked my spam folder). I don't want to reply to the ticket or click "Resume" because I know it will push me to the back of the queue.

Could a Community Manager please advise if a date change means this false ban review is almost done? Any insight into how long it takes after this update would be greatly appreciated.

    Hey Fa_snake​,

    We don't have any insight into bans or their appeals here on the forums, unfortunately, so I can't tell if it's almost done or not. They should usually get back to you within about 10 days, so I can only recommend patience until you hear back from them.

    You're right not to click resume by the way. That does push you back. Hopefully you'll hear something soon.
