Ah, I see the problem. The code you have is for PC, not for PlayStation. Your points are likely there, but there's no cross-progression in FC, so you won't be able to use them. Unfortunately it isn't possible to transfer FC points between platforms. I can only recommend in future to get codes for the platform you play on.

There were no problems, it was written that the code was successfully activated. I play on PS 5, I activated the code through the computer through the EA app

Sorry to be jumping on your post on here about your FC points, but to the EA EMPLOYEES. How do you guys justify this problem with gameplay and poor server issues and completely disregard the main issue with your game, but then when it comes money and clear legal liability. You guys seem to catch on instantly? Not even a peep about you guys not having a clue what’s going on or a bit of communication to the rest of the people who just want to enjoy themselves? It’s. A disgrace that you guys don’t have any sense of accountability or care towards people, you sold us a game but delivered a frustrating unpleasant experience. It’s not fair for people to waste money on a game but not be able to play it because of your poorly developed game. Realistically you should be refunding people for the many hours spent on trying to play and unplayable game. I spend more time trying to fix it than enjoying it.
