EA Disaster Class on Release

Dear EA,

Year after year we expect a quality game without bugs and time and time again you have managed to find a way to lower our expectations. For context I bought the ultimate edition of the game. I have played on Xbox/PS5 for the past 3 games dating back to Fifa 23. I have just switched onto PC for the first time and here a list of issues I have discovered:

1. Controller Disconnection in Rivals:
   1. Since day one of the game, I have issues playing in rivals. my controller will disconnect and players will just stand there or run in one direction. When this happens i try unplugging and plugging it back in, pressing every button imaginable, and even switching controllers. Nothing fixes this. I know this is not a hardware issue as I have tried switching cables and am able to play OTHER EA TITLES such as SKATE without a single issue. I have lost so many streaks and rank up attempts in this game because my controller disconnects and I am just forced to accept defeat.
2. FC Points Store:
   1. I have tried buying fc points on different occasions. it'll take me to a steam extension, then i authorize it, go back to fc and it says "trouble connecting to ea servers". I am unable to buy fc points no matter how hard I try which makes no sense since I had already bought them on other instances but am completely unsuccessful now. 
3. Transfer Market:
   1. This is not a bug but more or less a game issue. I understand having quests to unlock the transfer market on release, however making players on pc pour in at least 3 hours of gameplay to unlock the transfer market AND THEN including a 48 Hour delay to be able to bid and buy players with 0 NOTIFICATION OF THIS PRIOR is blasphemous. It makes no sense to lock out the transfer market of the game which is the single most important thing to developing a squad. 
4. Performance Issues:
   1. This game has been laggy beyond belief. The frames drop going in and out of corner kicks, jumping back into a game from a pause, or even a goal reply feels like my monitor is running 1hz a second. I have no other issues on more demanding games, just fc.

I am not writing this to scream at EA and tell them the game is terrible. it really isn't. The moments where it has worked together the gameplay seems great and I've really enjoyed it. I write this to get the attention of EA so they can address these issues and make it playable for PC users. I want to enjoy the game and play with friends, but the sheer amount of bugs is making it absolutely PAINFUL to try and enjoy.
